During a session, I’ll gently guide you into this relaxed, yet highly focused state — similar to daydreaming or being completely absorbed in a book or film. In this state, your subconscious mind becomes more accessible, allowing us to work together to “reprogram” unhelpful thoughts, habits, and behaviours. Think of it as setting a new route on your internal GPS — inputting healthier, more positive directions that guide your actions and emotions toward the life you want to create.

My Personal Journey
My own experiences have deeply shaped the way I work. Having struggled with my weight from a young age – at my heaviest, I was a size 22 - I understand how much self-esteem and confidence can be affected by the way we feel about ourselves. It’s a challenge that touches so many areas of life - how we see ourselves, how we interact with others, and what we believe we’re capable of. Over time, I learned how to make lasting changes and maintain them, and that journey taught me not only about physical transformation, but emotional and mental strength too.
Because of that, weight loss hypnotherapy has become a special area of focus for me. I know how difficult it can be to break free from old patterns, and I also know how freeing it feels when you do. My personal experience allows me to bring genuine understanding and empathy to the process — without judgment or pressure.
Although weight loss is my hypnotherapy specialism, my hypnosis work isn’t only about weight – it’s about transformation in all areas of life. I’m passionate about helping others overcome the issues that hold them back or make their lives smaller or more challenging than they need to be. So, whether it’s anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, smoking or other unwanted habits, lack of confidence, sports performance or motivation challenges, my aim is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to make the changes you want, in order to live a happier, healthier, fuller and more purposeful life.
Change doesn’t have to be dramatic or overnight — it begins with small, steady steps. And sometimes, the biggest transformation comes from realising that you don’t have to do it alone.
